Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a sturdy box of your choice.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
